All sales are final.

Your order is nonrefundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical merchandise.

All digital and downloadable products are nonrefundable nor eligible for exchange.

We cannot get back the time we spend on coaching nor the value we provide in our on-demand training programs.

Membership programs:

Monthly membership programs can be canceled at any time. To cancel a membership, email [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure our staff can cancel your membership in time.

No refunds will be given once payment is processed.

Offers with money-back guarantees:

Products that offer a money-back guarantee on their sales page can be refunded within the time frame specified as long as all conditions are met. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] before the refund period is over.

No refunds will be given after the period specified on the sales page.

Offers with money back guarantees will specify the conditions on the sales page or in the terms and conditions agreed upon at checkout. You must comply with these conditions in order to qualify for a refund. These conditions include but are not limited to:

Full 100% completion of all training/coaching provided. 

Demonstration that you have implemented all materials provided.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason including abuses of our refund policies.
